1. Do you have a catalog?
At this time, we do not offer a printed catalog.  Our website is featured all our products, it is a virtual listing and catalogue of our extensive selection of merchandise.   

However, during special festive seasons, we do provide printed catalogue only for limited location for our festive hampers and gifts selection.

2. What is the Processing time and Shipping time?

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. 

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.

  • All orders placed online will receive an "In Process" acknowledgement.

  • All confirmed orders will receive an "Order Confirmed" acknowledgement indicating that the order is processed once we have received the payments or proof of payment from the customer..

  • We will make every effort to process your order within 24 hours.  You could expect actual delivery within 2 to 10 working days from the date of conformation of orders and payment received depending on the quantity, availability and type of the products purchased.

3. What if I placed a duplicate order?

If you feel you have placed a duplicate order , please contact or Customer Service at customer_service@emmagalleria.com  and we will be happy to assist you.

4. What if I forgot my password?
Login name and password are only provided for our registered corporate customer.  If you have forgotten your password please e-mail us at customer_service@emmagalleria.com. with the e-mail address associated with your account and we will be happy to send you your information.

5. Is my personal information secure?

Yes, at Emma Galleria all your personal information is secured. We will never give out any of your information and use it only for order related matters.
 
6. Do you have any tips for hanging artwork?
In order to keep your artwork in its original condition for a long time, avoid long periods of exposure to direct sunlight. Try to hang the artwork where the sun will not fall directly on the piece. Reduce exposing the piece to extreme heat or humidity.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You could cancel or change your order within 24 hours.  To cancel or change your order please have your order number available and contact our customer service at customer_service@emmagalleria.com.   Visit our Order & Delivery page for more details.

9. Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order at anytime if you choose to use express courier service. Once your order is shipped the tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.
