How to Order?

  • For personal or single order, please kindly fill in the Order Form online.  We will process your order immediately.

  • For large corporate orders of multiple recipient, please download our Corporate Order Form and kindly send us the complete form by e-mail to sales@emmagalleria.com or by fax to 607-867 5441. 

 

Ordering Information

  • All orders placed online will receive an "In Process" acknowledgement.

  • All confirmed orders will receive an "Order Confirmed" acknowledgement indicating that the order is processed once we have received the payments or proof of payment from the customer..

  • We will make every effort to process your order within 24 hours.  You could expect actual delivery within 1 to 3 working days from the date of conformation of orders and payment received depending on the quantity, availability and type of the products purchased.

  • All sales are subject to our acceptance.

How Do I Pay for My Order?

  • You could pay either by Cheques or Telegraphic Transfer/Bank in transfer.  Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "Emma Galleria".  

  • For bank in transfer, kindly bank in or T.T to:

  • As a proof of payment, please kindly send us your transfer acknowledgement receipt or bank in slip to us by e-mail to sales@emmagalleria.com or by fax to 607-867 5441 to speed up the processing time.

  • For payment by cheques, orders would only be confirmed once the payments have been cleared.

  • Please do not send Cash by mail; cash payment should be made in person or collected by an authorized "Emma Galleria" employee who carries a "Emma Galleria Official Receipt".

Delivery Information

  • We provide free delivery for our products above RM250 within 20km from Johor Bahru city and only charge a nominal fee of RM20 if the selling price is lesser than that.

  • For gifts sending to out of our free delivery area, would subject to the courier cost or a minimum surcharge of RM30 would be levied.

Emma Galleria offers free delivery services within our Free Delivery Zone. Delivery charges outside of the stated Free Delivery Zone vary according to distance and the mode of delivery. Depending on the nature of your desired deliver; delivery policies and minimum order amount differs. Please kindly contact our Customer Service at customer service for areas that are not listed below.

Change of Particulars

  • Any change of particulars (e.g. recipient's address, messages … etc.) must be made within 24 hours before delivery. Please kindly contact our Customer Service Officer for any changes.

  • Please kindly ensure the recipient's address is correct.  In cases of re-send, we will charge a touch up and re-delivery fee of not more than 30% of the original selling price.


Substitution

  • Emma Galleria reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability.

  • In the event an item of the hamper is out of stock, we will replace it with an appropriate item of equal or higher value .
     

Cancellation of Order

  • Cancellation of order must be made 72 hours in advance before the delivery time. A cancellation fee of not more than 50% of the selling price is chargeable for late cancellation.

  • In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply.

  • Please kindly contact our Customer Service Officer for any changes.
     

Customers Databases/Privacy

  • Emma Galleria respect your privacy and will never sell your name, e-mails, contact number or address to any other business.

  • Customer and recipients information is never sold to or shared with any other parties.

Art Decor & Furniture Ordering

  • As most of our art and furniture products are custom made products and are exclusively produced in limited quantity.   Please kindly allow us to check on the availability of the products before making any payment.  After we received your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and the shipment options. 

Types of E-mail conformations.

  • After you place an order with Emma Galleria, we email you with pertinent information about your order's status. For instance, soon after you place an order, we send an email confirming we have received it. We send a second confirmation email when your order has shipped. We send more than one shipment confirmation email if we fulfill the order in multiple shipments. We might also send other emails about your order's status, if necessary. Please save these emails for your records.

Shipping Cost

  • We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. Please kindly e-mail us your full delivery address accurately when ordering so that we could provide you with the shipment cost and options.  We could deliver your product according to your needs and according to the availability of the stock.
  • The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your order are going to one address. If you select a different shipping method or multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. You will receive your actual shipping cost once you've conformed us your delivery option.
