  • As a proof of payment, please kindly send us the transfer acknowledgement receipt or bank in slip to us by e-mail to sales@emmagalleria.com or by fax to 607-867 5441 to speed up the ordering process.

·         All cheques should be crossed and made payable to " EMMA GALLERIA".

·         Payment will be debited from your account at the point at which your cheque is cleared. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Please kindly notes that all liability of the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.

Delivery Information:

·         We provide free delivery for our products above RM250 within 20km from Johor Bahru City and only charge a nominal fee of RM20 if the selling price is lesser than that.

·         For gifts sending to out of our free delivery area, would subject to the courier cost or a minimum surcharge of RM30 would be levied.

Customers Databases/Privacy

·         Emma Galleria would never sold or shared our Customer information with any other parties without prior consent of our customers.

Availability

·         All items are subject to availability. Validity stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. There will be a 50% surcharge for cancellation of orders.

·         Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order .  We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please e-mail us at: sales@emmagalleria.com quoting your order number. 

·         Please  kindly note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.  We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

Change of Particulars

·         Any change of particulars (e.g. recipient's address, messages … etc.) must be made within 24 hours before delivery. Please kindly contact our Customer Service Officer for any changes.

·         Please kindly ensure the recipient's address is correct.  In cases of re-send, we will charge a touch up and re-delivery fee of not more than 30% of the original selling price.

Substitution

·         Emma Galleria reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability.

·         In the event an item of the hamper is out of stock, we will replace it with an appropriate item of equal or higher value .

Cancellation of Order

·         Cancellation of order must be made 72 hours in advance before the delivery time. A cancellation fee of not more than 50% of the selling price is chargeable for late cancellation.

·         In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply.

·         Please kindly contact our Customer Service Officer for any changes.
 

Sale of Goods

·         Goods sold are non returnable or exchangeable excepts for wooden furniture, Art Decor and home decorations items.  Kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information regarding returns of goods.
