OUR RETURN POLICY

Emma Galleria Fully Guarantees that every item we sell will arrive in mint condition. All Items are professionally packed and shipped.

We offer an unconditional 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee and MONEY BACK Guarantee on all our furniture and art decor purchased via our web site. You may return any item purchased for a full product refund. Product must be returned to us within 30 days and you must pay any return freight charges. Before you return a product you must get a return authorization number by e-mail at Failure to get an authorized number may result in our refusal to accept the package from the freight carrier. If you return product via the mail without a signature required you are responsible for any product lost in the mail. For your protection we strongly recommend that you return products via a signature service such as UPS or FedEx and insure the shipment. If you fail to insure the package and it is damaged it will be your responsibility.

Our 100% Money back guarantee applies to all furniture and plaque artwork. All other sales are final. All fine art prints, and fine art limited edition prints are non-returnable. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will promptly take care of the problem to your complete satisfaction.

With-in 15 Days: An Unconditional "No Questions Asked" refund. Prior return authorization required. Unconditional Money back guarantee on manufacturing defects for furniture and wooden artwork only. All other sales are final.

After 15 days: A 30% restocking fee will be applied to authorized return.

We cannot accept the following returns :Any unframed or custom framed item. No return on prints, Framed Canvas, mirror/glass items, limited edition items, personalized items, cakes, strawberries, gourmet foods Or any order returned to us after 30 calendar days or without prior authorization.

Returning Items: All unauthorized returns will be refused at the dock or donated to charity. Customer is responsible for all return freight and insurance on returns and responsible for any damage in transit for the return. We suggest that you use a traceable delivery method, such as UPS or Fed-Ex. Customer is responsible for initial and return shipping charges. Please contact us at for return assistance.

Cancelled orders: We have a 10 days cancellation periods for furniture products. No Cancellations after that periods will be accepted. Orders placed with our company, are all custom made, and custom ordered for you. Your Order Is Processed Immediately, and Payment Is Processed Immediately, as to insure you the fastest delivery time possible. All cancellations and unauthorized returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after product is shipped will be subject to shipping charges both ways plus a 50% restocking fee.
